食品安全溯源监管是食品安全监管体系的重要组成部分,其利用溯源监管技术对食品生产、销售等市场行为进行干预与控制。通过梳理可以发现,我国食品安全溯源监管目前存在着法律法规供给不足、监管内容与责任不清、监管协调机制不完备等多方困境,鉴于此,食品安全溯源监管应当从法律法规的“质”与“量”及程序规则着手,推进立法修订与完善,明确溯源监管主体及溯源监管的标准,从组织形式与行为方式制度化方面完善溯源监管机关协调,从明确信息共享的标准、范围以及方式层面加强完善溯源监管信息共享制度完善。
