摘要
风载荷、地震载荷以及风诱发振动是塔器设计必须考虑的重要载荷和工况,按设计参数正确输入且计算合格的塔,在塔安装或操作运行过程中,塔体共振仍时有发生,影响塔的运行安全。针对细高塔的共振实例,对塔器进行复核计算,并对发生共振的原因及危害进行了分析,提出了修复方案。通过保证设计参数输入的精确性、重视安装工况的塔器计算、优化结构设计,在设计上不推荐裸塔状态竖立和监测塔的运行,从设计、制造、安装、操作等多方面,防止塔器的共振。同时,建议加大对塔器阻尼比实测和研究力度,并在标准规范中给出塔器安装、操作工况下的阻尼比推荐值。
Wind load,seismic load and wind-induced vibration are important loads and working conditions that must be considered in tower design.Even with correctinput of design parameters and with qualified calculation results,it is not uncommon for towers to encounter tower body resonance in the process of tower installation or operation,which affects the safety of tower operation.In view of resonance examples of thin high towers,recheck and recalculation are carried out for towers,causes&consequences of resonance are analyzed,and the repair scheme is put forward.By ensuring accurate input of design parameters,highlighting the calculation of tower installation conditions,optimizing structural design,discouragement of upright bare towers in design and monitoring their operation,the resonance of towers can be prevented from design,manufacture,installation and operation links.At the same time,it is suggested to enhance the measurement and research of the tower damping ratio,and present the recommended value of the tower damping ratio under installation and operation conditions in the standard specification.
