在天然气净化装置中,再生塔重沸器是关键设备之一,若其发生故障,将严重影响装置的平稳生产。分析了某高含硫天然气净化厂再生塔重沸器管束频繁腐蚀穿孔的原因,制定并实施了较为有效的腐蚀缓解措施,最后提出确保重沸器长期、平稳运行的建议。

In natural gas purification unit,the reboiler of the regeneration tower is one of the key equipment,whose failure will seriously affect the stable production of the unit.The reasons for frequent corrosion perforation of the reboiler tube bundle in the regeneration tower of a high sulfur natural gas purification unit are analyzed,effective corrosion mitigation measures are formulated and implemented,and finally,suggestions are put forward to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the reboiler.
