Application of Earned Value Management in the Commissioning process of Large International EPCC Projects

挣值管理的方法在工程项目管理中得到广泛应用,尤其是在工程项目的设计、采购、施工管理过程中,使用已经非常普遍,但是在工程项目的开车过程中却较少使用,而开车过程是项目最终能否成功的关键,对项目的最终结果起着决定性的作用。本文通过大量的工程实践探讨在EPCC大型国际项目过程中如何建立开车过程绩效并进行检测,以达到对项目开车过程中的进度与费用进行精细化管控的目的,从而最终实现项目的目标。

The method of earned value management(EVM)is widely used in engineering project management,especially in the design,procurement and construction process of project management.However,it is less frequently used in the commissioning stage of engineering projects,which is the key to the final success of the project,and plays a decisive role in the ultimate result of the project.Based on a large number of engineering practices,this paper discusses how to establish and test the performance of the commission process in large international EPCC projects,so as to achieve fine management&control of the progress and cost during project commissioning,and thus facilitate final accomplishment of project goals.
