亲水改性ZIF-8对聚酰胺纳滤膜性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of hydrophilic modified ZIF-8 on properties of polyamide nanofiltration membrane

摘要 为提高沸石咪唑酯骨架(ZIF-8)的水相分散性,以聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)对其改性处理,并将改性后的ZIF-8添加至含哌嗪的水溶液中,与正己烷中均苯三甲酰氯发生界面聚合反应,得到聚酰胺纳滤膜;对改性前后的纳米颗粒和纳滤膜进行TEM、SEM和红外光谱以及膜渗透性能的测试。结果表明:经PSS改性后,ZIF-8亲水性显著提高,聚酰胺(PA)层中ZIF-8颗粒分布更均匀,膜表面亲水性提高、荷负电性能增强;与改性前相比,改性后得到的纳米复合膜对Na2SO4的截留率由84.4%提高至96.3%,对染料酸性品红的截留率接近100%。 In order to improve the dispersion of ZIF-8 in water phase,the modified zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)which was modified by polystyrene sulfonate(PSS)was added to an aqueous solution containing piperazine,and the modified ZIF-8 was interfacial polymerized reaction with trimesoyl chloride in n-hexane,and then the polyamide nanofiltration membrane was obtained.Through TEM,SEM and infrared spectroscopy characterization of the nanoparticles and nanofiltration membrane before and after modification,and the test of membrane permeability,the results show that the hydrophilicity of ZIF-8 is significantly improved after PSS modification,and their distribution in the polyamide(PA)layer was quite homogeneous.Both the hydrophilicity and negative charge of the membrane surface were enhanced.Compared with the TFN membrane with pristine ZIF-8,the rejection rate of Na2SO4 by the TFN membrane with PSS modified ZIF-8 increased from 83.4%to 96.3%,and its rejection rate of acid fuchsin was close to 100%.
