厂拌泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了促进泡沫沥青技术推广应用,通过对泡沫沥青160℃、170℃发泡试验比较的方法,分析了泡沫沥青发泡用水量、膨胀率、半衰期的变化曲线以及厂拌冷再生混合料的影响因素,对泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生的技术优势进行了探讨。基于上述背景,总结了泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的技术指标与质量控制要求。综合分析表明:泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生技术性能比乳化沥青冷再生更具优势。 In order to break the monopoly of foreign manufacturers on foamed asphalt technology and promote the domestic application of foamed asphalt technology,the performance of foamed asphalt plant mixed cold regeneration was analyzed,and the technical advantages of foamed asphalt plant mixed cold regeneration were discussed.At the same time,the influencing factors and technical requirements of mixed cold regeneration of foam asphalt plant are summarized.Based on the above background,the basic relationship between the material composition,pavement structure and pavement performance of foamed asphalt cold regenerated mixture was studied.Finally,the technical indexes and quality control requirements of foamed asphalt cold regenerated mixture were summarized.The comprehensive analysis shows that foamed asphalt plant cold mix regeneration technology has more advantages than emulsified asphalt cold regeneration.
