乡村振兴战略背景下农村交通运输发展策略研究--以江苏省为例

Research on Rural Transportation Tactics under the Background of Rural Vitalization Strategy--Take Jiangsu Province as an Example

以江苏省为例,当前农村交通运输体系与经济社会发展水平、重构的空间布局和居民客货运输需求等乡村发展现状存在不匹配、不适应的情况,同时面临区域发展的差异给全省资源统筹带来挑战等问题。通过分析乡村振兴战略要求下,未来农村交通运输发展趋势,从原则、重点任务、政策保障等方面提出相应的策略,既可指导江苏交通运输落实乡村振兴战略,也可供全国借鉴。

Take Jiangsu Province as an example,the current rural transportation system does not match or adapt to the current level of economic and social development,the restructured space layout and the demand for passenger and freight transportation.At the same time,develop differences between regions bring challenges to the overall allocation of resources in Jiangsu Province.Based on the analysis of the development trend of rural transportation in the future under the requirements of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the corresponding strategies have been put forward from the aspects of principles,key tasks and policy guarantee,which can not only guide Jiangsu transportation to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy,but also provide reference for the whole country.
