摘要
将基于整车道路循环工况的电机综合效率计算方法进行简化,有利于直观评价电机效率对整车能耗的影响。本文提出一种电机工况循环效率的等效计算方法,通过分块能量占比统计的方式,将工况循环等效为有限个等效的工况点,并计算出各个工作点在整个工况循环中的权重。通过该方法得到的等效工况循环效率更精准,并能够有效简化和加速效率评价过程,对新能源汽车电机的性能开发具有指导意义。
The calculation method of motor comprehensive efficiency based on vehicle road cycle condition is simplified,which is conductive to the direct evaluation of the influence of motor efficiency on vehicle energy consumption.This paper presents an equivalent calculation method for motor cycle efficiency based on working condition,by means of statistical block energy,the cycle working condition is equivalent to a limited number of equivalent points,and the working condition of each working point is calculated with weighting in the cycle.The equivalent cycle efficiency obtained by the method of equivalent conditions is more accurate,which is effectively simplified and accelerated for the efficiency evaluation process,providing guidance for NEV motor performance development.
