摘要
随着汽车工业的高速发展,消费者对汽车产品的要求越来越高,很多新工艺、新技术也随之应用。汽车四门区域等离子钎焊应用有焊缝美观、焊缝高度低、连接可靠和无飞溅的优点,是新工艺技术应用的典型案例。通过介绍等离子钎焊工艺的特点,等离子钎焊系统的组成,等离子钎焊应用的工艺难点,等离子钎焊应用过程中的主要问题,分析其主要技术问题的原因以及对应措施。
With the rapid development of the automobile industry,consumers express higher requirements for automotive products,and many new processes and technologies are also applied.The application of plasma brazing on the area of automobile four doors offers the advantages of neat welding seam,reliable connection and no splash.It is a typical case of the application of new technology.This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of plasma brazing process,the composition of plasma brazing system,the technological difficulties in the application of plasma brazing,the main problems in the application of plasma brazing process,the cause analysis of the main technological problems and corresponding measures.
