摘要
针对重型车国六排放法规规定的试验条件在不同海拔高度、环境温度和载荷下对一辆国六重型柴油车的实际道路尾气排放进行测试,分析不同试验条件对氮氧化物(NOx)和颗粒物数量(PN)排放的影响。试验结果表明:NOx随海拔高度的升高呈现先增加后减少的趋势,PN随海拔高度的升高呈现减少的趋势。温度对后处理,特别是SCR的转化效率影响较大,NOx随环境温度的升高呈现减少的趋势,随载荷的升高呈现先减少后增加的趋势。PN随环境温度和载荷的升高均呈现增加的趋势。
According to the test conditions stipulated by the China VI emission regulation for heavy-duty vehicle,the real driving exhaust emissions of China VI heavy-duty diesel vehicle are tested under different altitudes,ambient temperatures and loads,Nitrogen Oxides(NOx)and Particulate Numbers(PN)emissions are analyzed under the different test conditions.The test results show that NOx first increased and then decreased along with the increase in altitude,and PN decreased along with the increase in altitude.Temperature has a greater impact on diesel aftertreatment system,especially SCR,and NOx increased along with the increase of ambient temperature.NOx first decreased and then increased with the increase of load.PN increased with the increase of environmental temperature and load.
