摘要
感应熔敷技术是一种对基材和机械零件进行表面强化的技术,在日常生活和工业生产中广泛应用。通过感应加热和涂层熔敷的加工过程,感应熔敷技术能够大大的增强材料的耐磨性和耐腐性,并且可以充分保持材料原有的韧性。目前该技术在工艺上还有着许多可以提高和完善的部分,本文对其中的部分工艺进行研究,首先对影响感应熔敷的工艺机理进行分析研究,接着针对涂层与基体材料结合时容易出现的问题,对涂层的制备工艺和成分进行了研究和改善。
Induction cladding technology is a kind of surface strengthening technology for substrate and mechanical parts,which is widely used in daily life and industrial production.Through the process of induction heating and coating deposition,induction deposition technology can greatly enhance the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the material,and can fully maintain the original toughness of the material.At present,there are many parts that can be improved and perfected in the process of this technology.This paper studies some of the processes.Firstly,the process mechanism affecting the induction cladding is analyzed and studied,and then the preparation process and composition of the coating are studied and improved according to the problems that are easy to appear when the coating is combined with the substrate material.
