摘要
文中针对核桃破壳取仁的瓶颈技术环节展开研究,旨在研发破壳效率高、破壳效果好满足现实需求的同步式气动核桃破壳装置技术。促进新疆乃至全国核桃破壳加工产业的发展,提高核桃商品价值以及核桃产业加工转化能力。
In this paper,the study on bottle neck technical joint of shell breaking and kernel picking was carrried out to develop a synchronized pnermatic wallnut shell breaking device which has high shell breaking efficiency and good shell breaking effect and can better meet the practical demand.The development of this new device can accelerate the development of wallnut shell breaking and processing industry in Xinjiang and China,it can also increase the commodity value of wallnut and processing and transfprmation capacity of wallnut industry.
