有尾水位顶托的上下游水电站的水位影响分析与控制方法 被引量:2

摘要 通过对有尾水位顶托水电站群发电与水情资料的分析,建立其不同库水位和出库流量情况下对发电水头影响的数值关系,给出定态分析模型、最优上下游水库控制方法及发电调度过程;并对于已经建成的梯级水电站群发电调度、水位控制策略及上下游发电补偿等提供了一种具体的分析模型与解决方法,指导梯级水电的设计规划与发电调度。 With the analysis on the power generation and water regime data of cascade hydropower stations with backwater effect,the numerical relationship of the influence of the downstream reservoir water level on the power generation water level of the upstream reservoir under different water levels and different discharge flows is developed.The steady state analysis model,the optimal upstream and downstream reservoir control scheme,and the power generation dispatching process are given.Also,a specific analysis model and solution is given for the power generation dispatching,water level control strategy and upstream and downstream power generation compensation of cascade hydropower stations,which provides useful guidance for the design planning and power generation dispatching of cascade hydropower stations.
