摘要
与其他机械式启闭机相比,液压启闭机拥有传动效率高、故障率低、运行过程稳定以及良好的带载锁定功能,对诸多重要水利水电大型金属结构的运行已成为不可替代的启闭设施。根据启闭机液压系统结构特点,总结其调试工作的技术要点以及日常维护与常见故障的处理方法,以指导现场调试人员对液压式启闭机的现场调试、维护检修及技术改造工作。
Compared with other mechanical hoist,hydraulic hoist is of certain advantages such as high transmission efficiency,low fault rate,stable operation process and good locking function with load.It has become the irreplaceable hoist facility for the operation of important large-scale metal structures in hydropower and water conservancy projects.Considering the structural characteristics of the hydraulic system of the hoist,this paper summarizes the key technical points of the commissioning work,as well as the daily maintenance and common fault treatment methods.It can provide useful guidance for the on-site commissioning,maintenance and technical renovation of hydraulic hoist.
