抗疫中人类命运共同体理念的践行逻辑探究

Logic of the Practice of the Concept of Community of Shared Future for Mankind in Fighting Against COVID-19

新冠肺炎疫情的发生和蔓延给世界的公共卫生安全带来了巨大的威胁,我国一直积极地以人类命运共同体理念推动全球合作抗疫,在抗疫实践中非常重视构建人类命运共同体。在理论层面,人类命运共同体理念具有深厚的传统意蕴和理论渊源;在意识形态层面,在抗疫中践行该理念有助于引领抗疫外交中我国意识形态国际话语权的提升;在伦理层面,有利于形成应对“疫情黑天鹅”、化解“疫情灰犀牛”的伦理自觉;在实践层面,人类命运共同体理念指导中国特色抗疫方案,助力全球抗疫;在战略层面,这是统筹我国自身安全和世界共同安全的内在需要。

The outbreak and spread of COVID-19 have posed a huge threat to the world’s public health security.China has been actively promoting global cooperative anti-epidemic campaign with the concept of a community of shared future for man⁃kind,attaching great importance to building a community of human destiny in the anti-epidemic practice.At the theoretical lev⁃el,the concept of a community of shared future for mankind has deep traditional connotation and theoretical origin;at the ideo⁃logical level,practicing this concept in the fight against COVID-19 helps to enhance the international voice of China’s ideolo⁃gy in the anti-epidemic diplomacy;at the ethical level,it is conducive to the formation of ethical consciousness to deal with the“epidemic black swan”and the“epidemic gray rhino”;at the practical level,the concept of a community of shared future for mankind guides the anti-epidemic proposal with Chinese characteristics and contributes to the global anti-epidemic;and at the strategic level,it is the inherent need to coordinate China’s own security and the common security of the whole world.
