消防预作用报警阀控制系统的设计

摘要 消防安全是社会发展、国民财产安全的重要保障。消防设施是现代建筑的基础设施,国家公安部对此类产品提出了明确的技术要求。本文以单片机为主控芯片,依据公安部相关技术规范设计了一款消防预作用报警阀控制系统,可实现系统报警阀后管道气压维持、压力开关报警、消防联动等功能。当发生火情时,能够将火警信号反馈至消控中心,并执行相应动作,避免消防设施的误报,提升消防设施的可靠性和稳定性,从而保障国民财产安全。 Fire control safety is an important guarantee for social development and national property safety,and Fire control facilities are the infrastructure of modern buildings.The Ministry of Public Security has put forward clear technical requirements for fire control facilities.In this paper,with the single chip microcomputer as the main control chip,according to the relevant technical specifications of the Ministry of Public Security,a fire pre-action alarm valve control system is designed.It can realize the system alarm valve after the pipeline air pressure maintenance,pressure switch alarm,fire linkage and other functions.In case of fire,the fire signal can be fed back to the fire control center and corresponding actions can be performed,which avoids the false alarm rate of fire control facilities and improves the reliability and stability of fire control facilities,thus ensuring the safety of national property.
