铁路信号设备SPD故障安全模式的研究

摘要 阐述铁路信号设备SPD的两种故障状态,为确保故障安全模式,研究降低SPD故障短路模式发生的方法。对SPD关键元件压敏电阻进行改进,通过掺料配比、采用反絮凝剂作为分散剂、调整烧结温度方式等工艺流程控制,改良产品特性,提高其稳定性,有效降低压敏电阻故障状态为短路模式的发生概率,确保铁路信号设备的安全运行。 Two failure states of SPD for railway signal equipment are described.To ensure fail-safe mode,the method to reduce the probability of fault short-circuit mode of SPD is studied.The key component of SPD voltage dependent resistor is improved.By mixing ratio,using fl occulant as dispersant and adjusting sintering temperature,product characteristics and its stability are improved,the fault state of the voltage dependent resistor as the probability of occurrence of short-circuit mode is eff ectively reduced,which can ensure the safe operation of railway signaling equipment.
