Hns对紫贻贝和牡蛎机体酶活性的影响研究

摘要 研究了在Hns胁迫下,紫贻贝和牡蛎机体中氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和胆碱酯酶(CHE)活性及MDA含量的变化。结果表明,在一定时间内,在低浓度的药品胁迫下,紫贻贝和牡蛎的机体虽没有出现死亡现象,但紫贻贝组织中的SOD和CAT活性发生了显著的变化;牡蛎组织中的CAT、MDA和CHE对Hns反应最为敏感。随着浓度成梯度增高时,紫贻贝中SOD和CAT对Hns反应最为敏感,牡蛎中CAT和MDA对Hns反应最为敏感。因此可通过研究Hns对紫贻贝和牡蛎的毒性效应及对其机体内SOD、CAT和CHE活性及MDA含量的影响,来评价Hns的毒性和其防海洋污损生物污染的效果。 The activities of SOD,CAT and CHE and the content of MDA in mussel and oyster were studied under Hnsstress.The results showed that the mussel and oyster did not die,but the activities of SOD and CAT in the tissues of mussel were significantly changed in a certain period of time under the stress of low concentration of drugs.The activities of SOD,CAT and CHE and the content of MDA were sensitive to Hns.SOD and CAT in purple mussel were the most sensitive to Hns,while CAT and MDA in oyster were the most sensitive to Hns.Therefore,the toxicity of Hns as an antifouling coating reagent and its anti-marine biological pollution effect could be evaluated by studying the toxic effects of Hns on mussel and oyster and the effects on the activities of SOD,CAT,MDA and CHE in their bodies.
