2016-2019年榆林市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测结果分析

Analysis on results of voluntary counseling and testing of HIV/AIDS in Yulin Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2016 to 2019

目的了解榆林市自愿咨询检测(voluntary counseling and testing,VCT)人群HIV感染的基本情况,为制定艾滋病防治策略和措施提供依据。方法对2016—2019年榆林市市本级VCT门诊求询者检测结果进行分析。结果2016—2019年榆林市VCT共459人,以男性、文化程度较高、已婚有配偶为主;男性阳性检出率12.33%,明显高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.73,P<0.05);年龄以<20~40岁性活跃人群为主,占总数的70.37%,<40~50岁组阳性率最高,为18.18%,各年龄检测阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.38,P>0.05);有男男性行为史的求询者阳性检测率高达42.62%,远高于其他求询者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=510.00,P<0.05);既往接受过检测的求询者阳性检出率为14.41%,明显高于初次接受检测者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.44,P<0.05)。结论VCT是早期发现HIV感染者的重要方法,有针对性的宣传干预并进一步扩大VCT的检测覆盖面是艾滋病防控的有效措施。

Objective To understand basic situation of HIV infection in the voluntary counseling and testing(VCT)population in Yulin,and to provide the basis for formulating prevention strategies and measures for AIDS.Methods The testing results of VCT outpatients in Yulin from 2016 to 2019 were analyzed.Results A total of 459 patients with VCT 2016 to 2019 were tested,and the male,higher education and married spouses dominated;the positive detection rate of male was 12.33%,being significantly higher than that of female,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.73,P<0.05);the sexually active population aged ranging<20-40 years old dominate,accounting for 70.37%of the total population,the positive rate of the<40-50 years old group was maximum,hitting 18.18%,the difference in the positive rate of patients among different age groups was no statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.38,P>0.05);the positive detection rate of population with the history of man who have sex with man was up to 42.62%,being much higher than that of other inquirers,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=510.00,P<0.05);the positive detection rate of inquirers receiving the testing previously hit 14.41%,being significantly higher than of the inquirers tested for the first time,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.44,P<0.05).Conclusion VCT is an important method for early detection of HIV-infected people,and targeted publicity and intervention and further expansion of VCT testing coverage are effective measures for prevention and control for AIDS.
