成都市郫都区2016—2018年托幼机构消毒质量监测结果分析

Analysis on surveillance results of disinfection quality in kindergartens in Pidu District,Chengdu from 2016 to 2018

目的对成都市郫都区2016—2018年托幼机构消毒质量进行回顾性分析,为托幼机构传染病防控提供科学依据。方法对成都市郫都区2016—2018年所有托幼机构室内空气、物体表面、工作人员手卫生消毒质量进行检测评估,并进行统计分析。结果成都市郫都区2016—2018年共监测样品12010份,总体平均合格率为95.61%,各年平均合格率呈上升趋势(χ^(2)=83.13,P<0.01),室内空气、可触及物体表面、工作人员手及餐饮具消毒总体合格率分别为99.80%、96.79%、95.22%、94.73%,合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=42.61,P<0.01),细菌总数、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌合格率分别为91.09%、100.00%、97.81%,不同检测项目监测合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=472.87,P<0.01),公立、私立托幼机构的样品合格率分别为98.11%、95.72%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.43,P<0.01),不同等级托幼机构消毒合格率差异亦有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.27,P<0.05),一级托幼机构消毒合格率均高于其他等级,三级或无等级托幼机构消毒合格率最低。结论成都市郫都区托幼机构消毒质量总体水平较高,但餐饮具、工作人员手卫生消毒等方面仍有很大提升空间,相关部门应加大对私立、低级别托幼机构的消毒薄弱环节进行督查、培训和监管。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the disinfection quality in kindergartens in Pidu District,Chengdu from 2016 to 2018 and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in kindergartens.Methods The disinfection quality of the indoor air,touchable object surface and staff′s hands hygiene in all kindergartens across the entire region from 2016 to 2018 were tested and evaluated and the statistical analysis was conducted.Results A toal of 12010 samples were monitored from 2016 to 2018,and the overall qualified rate was 95.61%on average.Annual qualified rate showed an upward trend on average(χ^(2)=83.13,P<0.01).The disinfection qualified rates of indoor air,touchable object surface,staff′s hands and tableware were 99.80%,96.79%,95.22%,and 94.73%,respectively.The difference in the qualified rates was statistically significant(χ^(2)=42.61,P<0.01).The qualified rates of total number of bacteria,staphylococcus aureus,and escherichia coli were 91.09%,100.00%,and 97.81%,respectively.The monitoring qualified rates of different test items were statistically different(χ^(2)=472.87,P<0.01).The qualified rates of public and private kindergartens were 98.11%and 95.72%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.43,P<0.01),the difference in the disinfection pass rate of different grades of kindergartens was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.27,P<0.05),the disinfection qualified rate of first-level kindergartens was higher than other levels,and the disinfection qualified rate of third-level or non-level kindergartens was minimum.Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of kindergartens in Pidu District is relatively high,,but there is still an improvement room in the aspects involving the disinfection of catering utensils and staff′s hands hygiene,and relevant departments should strengthen technical guidance,training and supervision on disinfection weak links in private and low-level nursery schools.
