摘要
MSRE作为目前唯一具有完备运行经验的熔盐堆系统,其余热排出系统无法满足第四代反应堆非能动安全设计需求。基于热管式非能动余热排出系统(HP-PRHRS)概念设计,结合高温热管技术,本研究为MSRE初步设计了一套非能动余热排出系统,以提升反应堆系统的非能动安全特性。基于HP-PRHRS结构和熔盐堆运行特点,本文对MSRE堆开展了典型事故工况下系统的瞬态特性分析,包括无保护反应性引入事故、无保护堆芯入口过冷事故、无保护失流事故、冷冻阀开启故障事故和热管部分失效事故。分析结果表明,在各事故条件下,系统关键温度参数均在安全限值范围之内,HP-PRHRS系统能够有效导出燃料盐衰变热,确保反应堆系统安全,从而理论验证了HP-PRHRS概念设计的可行性与合理性。
MSRE is the only molten salt reactor which has complete operation experience.However,its residual heat removal system can’t satisfy the passive safety requirement for the Generation IV Reactors.Based on the conceptual design of heat pipe cooled passive residual heat removal system(HP-PRHRS),a HP-PRHRS has been preliminarily designed for MSRE to improve the passive safety performance of the reactor.Based on the structure of HP-PRHRS and the operation of MSRE,the transient performance of the system under typical accidents has been analyzed including the unprotected reactivity insertion,the unprotected overcooling,the unprotected loss of flow,the open failure of freezing valve and the partial failure of heat pipes.The results show that the key temperature parameters of the system can keep within the safety limits under accidents.The HP-PRHRS can remove the decay heat efficiently and ensure the safety of MSRE.The results verify the feasibility and rationality of the HP-PRHRS.
