基于运行事件分析的核电安全管理探讨

Discussion on Nuclear Power Safety Management Based on Operation Events Analysis

经验反馈作为降低核电厂事故发生率、保障核安全的一项重要管理措施,已在整个核电业界得到了广泛应用。通过对2017—2019年运行事件相关因素进行统计分析,找出核电厂人因、设备管理的共性问题,梳理安全管理提升的重点,针对性探讨推进行业经验反馈,加强设备健康状态诊断,使用信息化新技术提升技防能力等行业管理改进措施,持续提高核电厂的安全管理水平。

As an important management measure to reduce the accident rate of nuclear power plants and ensure nuclear safety,experience feedback has been widely applied in the whole nuclear power industry.Through the statistical analysis of operation events in the period of 2017—2019,the common problems of human behavior and equipment management are identified,the key points of safety management improvement are sorted out,and enhancement measures are investigated,such as promoting experience feedback,strengthening equipment health diagnosis,employing new information technology,etc.,in order to continuously improve the safety management level of nuclear power plants.
