反应堆安全壳电气贯穿件绝缘支撑盘耐潮性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来我国在运核电厂相继发生两起反应堆安全壳中压电气贯穿件绝缘支撑盘绝缘击穿短路故障,造成反应堆非计划停堆停机,发生故障的中压电气贯穿件均为国外同一厂家同一批次设计生产的产品。上述故障造成核电厂巨大经济损失的同时,也对反应堆的安全稳定运行提出了挑战。本文针对发生故障的绝缘支撑盘和中国核动力研究设计院同类型产品开展试验研究,力求找到中压电气贯穿件绝缘支撑盘故障的主要原因,为电厂运维和产品设计生产提供参考依据。试验分析结果表明:中压电气贯穿件绝缘支撑盘在材料选型和成型工艺等方面存在一定缺陷,导致其绝缘耐潮性能不佳,是发生绝缘击穿故障的主要原因。 In recent years,there have been two insulation breakdown short-circuit faults in the insulation support plate of medium voltage electrical penetration of reactor containment in Yunhe nuclear power plant.This resulted in unplanned shutdown of the reactor.The fault medium voltage electrical penetrations are designed and produced by the same foreign manufacturer in the same batch.At the same time,the failure causes huge economic loss of nuclear power plant,which also challenges the safe and stable operation of the reactor.In this paper,the test and research on the fault insulation support plate and the same type of products of Nuclear Power Institute of China are carried out.Try to find out the main cause of the insulation support plate fault of the medium voltage electrical penetration,and provide reference for the operation and maintenance of the power plant and the product design and production.The test results show that there are some defects in the selection of materials and forming process of the insulation support plate of the medium voltage electrical penetration.The above defects lead to the poor moisture resistance of the insulation support plate,which is the main reason for the breakdown of the insulation.
