钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢长管状骨创伤骨折治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of long tubular bone traumatic fractures of extremities

目的:评估在四肢长管状骨创伤骨折治疗中应用钢板螺钉内固定技术的效果。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者86例,随机分为对照组、观察组,各43例。对照组给予闭合复位交锁髓内固定,观察组给予钢板螺钉内固定,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组住院时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四肢长管状骨创伤骨折治疗中应用钢板螺钉内固定技术,有利于降低并发症发生率,缩短患者恢复时间,改善患者预后情况,为患者减轻病痛及经济负担。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of traumatic fractures of the long tubular bone of the extremities.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,86 patients with long tubular bone trauma fractures of the limbs were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The control group received closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary fixation.The observation group was given plate screw internal fixation.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.RESULTS:The length of hospital stay in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of fracture healing in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of plate and screw internal fixation technology in the treatment of traumatic fracture of the long tubular bone of the extremities is beneficial to reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the recovery time of patients,improve the prognosis of patients,and reduce the pain and economic burden for patients.
