格列美脲对肥胖2型糖尿病患者的疗效及血清炎症因子水平的影响

The effect of glimepiride on obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on serum inflammatory factor levels

目的:分析格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)肥胖患者的效果及对炎症因子的影响。方法:2019年1-12月收治T2DM肥胖患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组接受吡格列酮治疗,观察组接受格列美脲治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后空腹血糖、饭后2 h血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇及体重指数等指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以T2DM肥胖患者格列美脲的效果确切,能改善血糖和血脂水平,减轻体重,缓解炎症反应。

Objective:To analyze the effect of glimepiride on obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its effect on serum inflammatory factor levels.Methods:From January to December 2019,98 cases of obese patients with T2DM were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pioglitazone.The observation group was treated with glimepiride.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FPG,2 hPG,TG,TC,BMI,CRP and IL-16 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of glimepiride in the treatment of obese patients with T2DM is accurate,which can improve the blood sugars and blood lipids,reduce the weight,and relieve the inflammatory response in the body.
