个体化营养治疗对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的研究

Study on the effect of individualized nutritional therapy on blood sugar control in patients with gestational diabetes

目的:探讨个体化营养治疗对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的影响。方法:2018年12月-2020年12月收治妊娠糖尿病患者160例,按入院时间分为两组,各80例。对照组实施常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上实施个体化营养治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组孕期体重及体重指数的增高水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组早产率、剖宫产率、胎膜早破率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠糖尿病患者实施个体化营养治疗,可以有效控制血糖水平,改善妊娠结局。

Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nutritional therapy on blood glucose control in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2020,160 patients with gestational diabetes were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to the time of admission with 80 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment.The study group performed individualized nutritional therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The increase levels of body mass and body mass index during pregnancy of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin level of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The preterm birth rate,cesarean section rate,premature rupture of membranes rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nutritional therapy for patients with gestational diabetes can effectively control blood sugar levels and improve pregnancy outcomes.
