线雕在面部分区解剖复位年轻化中的应用

The application of line carving in the rejuvenation of anatomical reduction of facial partitions

目的:探究线雕技术在面部分区解剖复位年轻化中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年2月行面部修复的皮肤老化或局部凹陷患者256例,随机分为两组,各128例。对照组采取常规美容液注射疗法;试验组在注射美容液的同时采用线雕技术对面部实行分区解剖复位。比较两组患者面部复位效果、不良反应发生率及修复满意度。结果:试验组面部修复总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组修复满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对面部皮肤老化或局部凹陷患者实施面部修复时,采取线雕技术对患者的面部分区域进行解剖复位,能够有效提高面部修复效果,降低不良反应发生率,受到更多患者及家属的青睐。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of the line carving in the rejuvenation of anatomical reduction of facial partitions.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2020,256 patients with skin aging or partial depression who underwent facial repair were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 128 cases in each group.The control group took conventional beauty lotion injection therapy.The experimental group used the line carving technique to perform subregional anatomical reduction of the face while injecting beauty lotion.The effect of face reduction,incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction with repair were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of facial repair in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The repair satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When performing facial repair on patients with aging facial skin or partial depression,the use of line carving technology to perform anatomical reduction of the patient's facial area can effectively improve the effect of facial repair,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is favored by more patients and their families.
