整脊手法配合补肾活血方治疗椎间盘源性腰痛探究

Spinal manipulation combined with Bushen Huoxue recipe inthetreatment of discogenic low back pain

目的:分析整脊手法配合补肾活血方治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的有效性。方法:2019年1月-2020年12月收治椎间盘源性腰痛患者200例,按不同治疗方法分为三组。对照1组接受整脊手法治疗,对照2组接受补肾活血方治疗,观察组接受补肾活血方+整脊手法治疗,比较三组治疗效果。结果:观察组及对照1组腰椎功能障碍指数(ODI)评分均低于对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照1组治疗后ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组及对照1组治疗总有效率均高于对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照1组和观察组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用整脊手法配合补肾活血方治疗椎间盘源性腰痛,能取得满意成效。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of spinal manipulation combined with Bushen Huoxue recipe in the treatment of discogenic low back pain.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,200 patients with discogenic low back pain were treated and divided into three groups according to different treatment methods.Control group 1 was treated with chiropractic manipulation.Control group 2 was treated with Bushen Huoxue recipe.Observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue recipe combined with and+chiropractic manipulation.The treatment effect between the three groups was compared.Results:Lumbar dysfunction index(ODI)score of observation group and control group 1 was lower than control group 2,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ODI scores of the observation group and control group 1 were compared after treatment,with the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate of observation group and control group 1 was higher than control group 2,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of total effective rate between control group 1 and observation group,with the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of chiropractic manipulation combined with Bushen Huoxue recipe in the treatment of discogenic low back pain can achieve satisfactory results.
