推拿联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠及综合护理治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of massage combined with intraluminal injection of sodium hyaluronate and comprehensivenursing in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:分析中医推拿疗法联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠及综合护理治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:2019年1月-2020年8月收治膝关节骨关节炎患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,试验组在玻璃酸钠注射基础上加用推拿联合综合护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组膝关节功能(Lysholm)评分高于对照组,疼痛程度(VAS)评分、焦虑程度(SAS)评分及抑郁程度(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对经腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗的膝关节骨关节炎患者,加用推拿联合综合护理,可在缓解患者疼痛与心理情绪的同时,使膝关节功能快速恢复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of massage combined with intraluminal injection of sodium hyaluronate and comprehensive nursing in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From January 2019 to August 2020,100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate.The experimental group was given massage and comprehensive nursing on the basis of sodium hyaluronate injection.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,Lysholm score was higher than that in the control group,while VAS score,SAS score and SDS score were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with knee osteoarthritis treated by intraluminal injection of sodium hyaluronate,massage combined with comprehensive nursing can relieve the pain and psychological emotion of patients,and promote the rapid recovery of knee joint function.
