鉴定流感嗜血杆菌检验中全自动快速微生物检测的应用价值探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨鉴定流感嗜血杆菌检验中全自动快速微生物检测的应用价值。方法:2018年6月-2019年10月收集微生物室痰液标本或咽拭子1187份,对细菌种属进行鉴定,测序方法采用的是16 SrDNA序列,得到HI菌株38株。对38株HI菌株进行鉴定,主要采用的是常规微生物鉴定系统、VITEK MS系统以及M-H琼脂药敏实验3种方法。对38株HI菌株的3种不同鉴定结果进行对比,分析临床特点。结果:常规微生物鉴定系统在HI菌株的鉴别能力方面略低于VITEK MS系统,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);M-H琼脂药敏实验在HI菌株的鉴别能力方面显著低于VITEK MS系统,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分离出HI菌株38株,检出率为3.2%;其中青少年12例(31.6%),成年人(30~60岁)7例(18.4%),老年人(60岁以上)19例(50%)。VITEK MS系统具有操作简单、用时短、结果自动判读及成本低的特点。结论:VITEK MS系统可在短时间内对HI菌株进行快速的鉴定,且操作简单方便,因此该鉴定方法在HI菌株鉴定方面具有重要的指导价值及参考意义。 Objective:To explore the application value of automatic rapid microbial detection in identification of Haemophilus influenzae.Methods:From June 2018 to October 2019,1187 sputum samples or throat swabs were collected to identify the bacterial species.The sequencing method was 16 SrDNA sequence,and 38 HI strains were obtained.Three methods were used to identify 38 HI strains,including conventional microbial identification system,VITEK MS system and M-H agar susceptibility test.Three different identification results of 38 HI strains were compared and the clinical characteristics were analyzed.Results:The identification ability of HI strain by conventional microbial identification system was slightly lower than that by VITEK MS system,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).M-H agar susceptibility test was significantly lower than VITEK MS system in the identification ability of HI strains,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).38 HI strains were isolated,and the detection rate was 3.2%.Among them,12 cases(31.6%)were teenagers,7 cases(18.4%)were adults(30~60 years old),and 19 cases(50%)were elderly(over 60 years old).VITEK MS system had the characteristics of simple operation,short time,automatic result interpretation and low cost.Conclusion:VITEK MS system can quickly identify HI strain in a short time,and the operation is simple and convenient,therefore,this identification method has important guiding value and reference significance in the identification of HI strains.
