新型冠状病毒肺炎定点医院过渡病区的建立与护理管理

Establishment and nursing management of transitional ward in designated hospitals for novel coronavirus pneumonia

新型冠状病毒肺炎对定点医院的管理规范提出了新的要求,为更好防控疫情,现总结新冠疫情暴发后医院设置过渡病区的管理体会。过渡病区整合培训能适应紧急手术(介入)患者需要的护理团队,实施安全管理,2月开区以来收治患者113例,配合进行术前或治疗后顺利转入相应病区或出院,医院、患者对护理工作满意,医护未发生院内感染。制定特殊时期门急诊患者就诊流程,设置紧急手术过渡病区,调配专业医务人员统一进行诊疗与护理,确保未能完成新冠感染筛查项目的急性患者得到及时救治,确保患者得到精准救治,同时防止发生交叉感染。

The novel coronavirus pneumonia puts forward new requirements for the management of designated hospitals.In order to better prevent and control the epidemic,the management experience of setting up transitional wards in hospitals after the outbreak of the new crown epidemic is summarized.The transitional ward integrated training can meet the needs of emergency surgery(intervention)patients,and implement safety management.Since the opening of the area in February,113 patients have been treated,and they have been successfully transferred to the corresponding ward or discharged from the hospital before operation or after treatment.Hospitals and patients are satisfied with the nursing work,and no hospital infections have occurred in the hospitals.Formulate outpatient and emergency patient consultation procedures during special periods,set up emergency surgical transition wards,deploy professional medical personnel to conduct unified diagnosis,treatment and care,ensure that acute patients who fail to complete the new crown infection screening project are treated in time,ensure that patients receive accurate treatment,and prevent cross infection occurred.
