舒适护理在腹腔镜下疝气手术中的价值

The value of comfort nursing in laparoscopic hernia surgery

目的:探究舒适护理在腹腔镜下疝气手术中的应用价值。方法:2018年12月-2019年12月收治疝气手术患儿100例,按不同护理方法分为两组,各50例。对照组采用基础性护理,试验组采用舒适护理,比较两组护理满意度和并发症发生率。结果:试验组护理满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腹腔镜下疝气手术中采用舒适护理,能有效降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,临床应用价值高。

Objective:To explore the application value of comfort nursing in laparoscopic hernia surgery.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,100 children with hernia surgery were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different nursing methods with 50 cases in each group.The control group used basic nursing.The experimental group used comfortable nursing.We compared the nursing satisfaction and complication rate between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of comfortable nursing during laparoscopic hernia surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and has high clinical application value.
