中西医结合护理在乳头凹陷初产妇母乳喂养的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on breastfeeding ofprimiparas with nipple depression

目的:观察中西医结合护理在乳头凹陷初产妇母乳喂养的应用效果。方法:2019年4月-2020年4月收治乳头凹陷初产妇110例,按护理方法不同分为两组,各55例。对照组给予西医护理,试验组给予中西医结合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组产后48 h内泌乳素水平高于对照组,肾上腺素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后症状自评表(SCL-90)得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组24 h内初次泌乳率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产后48 h内泌乳量多的比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予乳头凹陷初产妇中西医结合护理的效果明显优于西医护理。

Objective:To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on breastfeeding of primiparas with nipple depression.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,110 cases of primiparous women with nipple depression were selected.They were divided into the two groups according to different nursing methods with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given Western medicine nursing.The experimental group was given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The level of prolactin in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at 48 hours postpartum,and the level of epinephrine was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of self-rating symptom scale(SCL-90)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of first lactation within 24 hours of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of more lactation production within 48 hours after delivery in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for primipara with nipple depression is obviously better than Western medicine nursing.
