针对性护理改善肛肠科术后肛门疼痛及排便的效果研究

Effect of targeted nursing in improving anal pain and defecation after anorectal surgery

目的:分析针对性护理改善肛肠科术后肛门疼痛及排便的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年2月接受手术治疗的肛肠科患者200例,根据护理方法不同分为两组,各100例。研究组给予针对性护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组肛门疼痛评分及术后首次排便时间均低于对照组,术后2周内排便次数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肛肠科术后患者实施针对性护理,可有效改善患者肛门疼痛程度,缓解便秘症状,提升患者在治疗期间的满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing in improving anal pain and defecation after anorectal surgery.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2020,200 anorectal patients who received surgical treatment were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The study group was given targeted nursing.The control group was given routine nursing.We compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results:In the study group,the anal pain score and the first defecation time after operation were lower than those in the control group,and the defecation times within 2 weeks after operation were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of targeted nursing for patients after anorectal surgery can effectively improve the degree of anal pain,relieve constipation symptoms,and improve the satisfaction of patients during the treatment.
