研究温馨助产护理干预应用于产程中的护理效果

Study on the effect of warm midwifery nursing intervention applied in the process of labor

目的:探讨温馨助产护理干预应用于产程中的护理效果与价值。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治孕产妇300例,随机分为两组,各150例。对照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用温馨助产护理干预,比较两组干预效果。结果:试验组产后出血量低于对照组,分娩成功率高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产程中对产妇进行温馨助产护理干预,能够优化分娩结局,减少不良事件的发生,对分娩过程有着十分重要的意义,应用价值高。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect and value of warm midwifery nursing intervention in the process of labor.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,300 pregnant women were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 150 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing intervention.The experimental group used warm midwifery nursing intervention.We compared the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the delivery success rate was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was also lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The warm midwifery nursing intervention during the delivery process can optimize the delivery outcome and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.It is of great significance to the delivery process and has high application value.
