摘要
通过组织观察和力学性能测试研究了重稀土钇对H13模具钢夹杂物、碳化物、力学性能及服役性能的影响。结果表明,添加稀土钇后,H13钢中液析碳化物尺寸减小,并由长棒状转变为块状,带状偏析程度明显降低;添加稀土钇对H13钢硬度影响较小,可显著提高H13钢的冲击韧性;模具服役后发现添加钇至H13钢能有效抑制早期模具开裂失效。
In this paper,the effects of heavy rare earth yttrium on inclusion,carbide,mechanical properties and service performance of H13 die steel were studied through microstructure observation and mechanical property testing.The results showed that the size of nocturnal carbide in H13 steel decreases and the shape changed from long rod to block after the addition of yttrium.The degree of banded segregation in H13 steel can be inhibited after addition of yttrium.The addition of yttrium has little effect on the hardness of H13 steel,but significantly improves the impact toughness.After die service,it was found that the H13 steel modified by yttrium can inhibit early riser die cracking failure.
