九炉一塔烟气处理的工程实践

摘要 针对企业处理多金属固体废物资源化综合利用的工艺流程长,烟气处理不完全的突出问题,阐述了采用九台窑炉一套烟气脱硫处理系统,自主创新取消了增压风机,针对引风机的选型,烟气管道的布置及脱硫塔、湿式电除雾的选择,提出了独特的思路,为类似固体废物处置企业提供设计参考。 For metal disposal process and comprehensive utilization process of solid waste are complex,and the treatment of flue gas is incomplete,this paper describes a set of flue gas desulfurization processing system for nine furnaces,in which booster fans are not used.In view of the type selection of induced draft fan,deployment of flue gas pipe,desulfurization tower,selection of wet electrostatic precipitator,this paper puts forward some unique thinking and provides design reference for similar enterprises engaged in solid waste disposal.
