黔产民族药肺筋草的化学成分预试验研究

Preliminary Study on Chemical Components of the Aletris spicata(Thunb.) Franch.

目的:采用系统预试验法对黔产民族药肺筋草可能含有的化学成分进行初步分析研究。方法:采用化学反应法、色谱法等,对肺筋草水、乙醇、石油醚提取物进行研究,初步判断含有的化学成分类型。结果:黔产民族药肺筋草中可能含有糖及苷类、生物碱类、挥发油类、甾体类、黄酮类、有机酸类、内酯及香豆素类成分。结论:可为肺筋草的化学成分及生物活性研究提供依据。

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the Aletris spicata(Thunb.) Franch. From Guizhou by the systematic pre-experiment. Method: The water extract, ethanol extract and petroleum ether extract were pre-tested by reaction method, chromatography, and the possible chemical components were initially determined. Result: The Aletris spicata(Thunb.) Franch. may contain saccharide and glycosides,alkaloids, volatile oil, nonsteroidal, flavones, organic acids, lactones and coumarin. Conclusion: The results will provide some experimental basis and certain reference basis for the following study of chemical composition and biological activities Aletris spicata(Thunb.) Franch.
