食品脱氧剂包装材料质量情况及分析

Quality Status and Analysis of Packaging Materials for Food Deoxidizer

目的:通过对食品脱氧剂包装材料样品的检测,了解目前食品脱氧剂包装材料的质量情况。方法:按照SB/T 10514-2008《食品用脱氧剂》中给出的方法对脱氧剂包装材料的微生物指标及包装膜孔径进行检测。结果:72份样品的表面微生物指标均符合相应标准要求,1份样品包装膜孔径超出标准规定要求。结论:目前食品脱氧剂包装材料质量情况较好,但仍应加强监督监管,同时升级改造工艺,进一步确保食品脱氧剂的使用安全和使用效果。

Objective: To investigate the quality of packaging materials for food deoxidizer by detected the samples. Methods: Following the method given in SB/T 10514-2008 "Deoxidizer for Food", the microorganism index and the pore size of packaging materials for food deoxidizer were detected. Results: The microorganism indexes of 72 samples all met the requirements of the standard, and the pore size of packaging film of 1 sample exceeded the requirements of the standard. Conclusion: The quality of packaging materials for food deoxidizer is in good condition, but supervision should be strengthened, and the process should be upgraded to further ensure the safety and effect of food deoxidizers.
