温度对降解菌群脱色活性黑5效果影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以偶氮染料活性黑5作为研究对象,利用降解菌群脱色活性黑5,通过改变培养温度(20~40℃),探讨温度对降解菌群脱色活性黑5效果影响。实验结果表明,在相同染料浓度(100 mg/L)下,不同温度条件对脱色效果影响较大,其中在37℃下,染料脱色效果最好,脱色率高达71.55%,其他温度影响下,脱色效果差别不明显,脱色率集中在65%。在脱色初期温度较低情况下,温度越低脱色率越低。根据脱色动力学结果分析,在大部分培养温度(除30℃)条件下,降解菌群脱色活性黑5的反应过程更符合一级反应动力学方程。 In this study, azo dye Reactive Black 5 was used as the research object. The bacteria flora were used to decolorize Reactive Black 5. By changing the culture temperature(20~40 ℃), the effect of temperature on decolorization of Reactive Black 5 was studied. The experimental results showed that under the same dye concentration of 100 mg/L, different temperature changes had a greater impact on the decolorization effect. Among them, at 37 ℃, the decolorization effect of the dye was the best, and the decolorization rate was up to 71.55 %. Under the influence of other temperatures, the decolorization effect was not obvious, and the decolorization rate was concentrated at 65 %. In the case of lower initial decolorization temperature, the lower the temperature, the lower the decolorization rate.According to the results of decolorization kinetics, under most culture temperatures(except 30 ℃), the reaction process of decolorization of Reactive Black 5 by degrading bacteria flora was more in line with the first-order reaction kinetics equation.
