摘要
本研究建立了制备空气中氢气气体标准物质的方法。以氢气、氮气、氧气为原料,采用称量法制备空气中氢气气体标准物质并定值;对气体标准物质的称量过程、均匀性、稳定性及其他因素引入的不确定度进行考察,最终给出其合成不确定度;采用国家二级气体标准物质进行比对分析验证,考察所研制的气体标准物质量值是否准确可靠。结果表明,所研制的浓度为0.400%~2.40%的空气中氢气标准气体具有良好的均匀性和稳定性,其扩展不确定度为1.5%(k=2),有效期为1年,可以满足相关仪器仪表的检测需求,在氢气安全检测方面能发挥其作用。
This study established a method for preparing reference materials of hydrogen gas in the air. Using hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen as raw materials,the hydrogen gas reference material in the air is prepared by the gravimetric method and the value is determined;the weighing process, uniformity, stability and other factors of the gas reference material are investigated, and synthesis uncertainty is given;the national secondary gas standard reference is used for comparative analysis, in order to investigate the reliability of the hydrogen content in the air was developed. The results show that the hydrogen in the air standard gas has good uniformity and stability, and its extended uncertainty is 1.5 %(k=2), and the validity period is 1 year, which can used for relevant requirements.
