The Research Progress of Two-component Waterbone Polyurethane Materials

双组份水性聚氨酯材料由羟基组份和异氰酸酯组份组成,羟基组份可分为羟基丙烯酸树脂、羟基聚氨酯树脂以及羟基聚酯树脂等,异氰酸酯组份可分为疏水型和亲水型。本文介绍了双组份水性聚氨酯材料的研究现状,并且分别阐述了国内外双组份水性聚氨酯涂料的羟基组分和异氰酸酯组分的特点、优缺点,最后对于双组份水性聚氨酯涂料存在的问题以及今后发展的趋势进行了说明。

The two-component waterborne polyurethane material is composed of a hydroxyl component and an isocyanate component. The hydroxyl component can be divided into hydroxy acrylic resin, hydroxy polyurethane resin, and hydroxy polyester resin. The isocyanate component can be divided into hydrophobic type and hydrophilic type. This paper introduces the research status of two-component waterborne polyurethane material, and describes the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of hydroxyl component and isocyanate component of two-component waterborne polyurethane coatings at home and abroad. Finally, the existing problems and future development trend of two-component waterborne polyurethane coatings are described.
