摘要
焦化废水成分复杂、毒性大、色度高是目前难以处理的工业废水之一,以往需要进行高成本的深度处理才能将废水处理达标,但也导致处理不经济,最佳的办法是通过生化系统优化,来提高污染物去除效率。本文通过试验比较了一种生物强化材料对焦化废水生化系统效率的影响,结果表明,该生物强化材料能明显加强微生物对COD的去除性能,出水COD去除率可提升40%,具有极强的应用前景。
Coking wastewater is one of the industrial wastewater which is difficult to treat at present because of its complex composition, high toxicity and high chroma. In the past, high-cost advanced treatment was needed to reach the standard of wastewater treatment, but it also led to uneconomical treatment. The best way is to improve the removal efficiency of pollutants through the optimization of biochemical system. In this paper, the effect of a biological strengthening material on the efficiency of coking wastewater biochemical system was compared through experiments. The results show that the biological strengthening material can significantly enhance the removal performance of COD by microorganisms, and the COD removal rate of effluent can be increased by 40 %, which has a strong application prospect.
