摘要
焦化厂排放的二氧化硫、氮氧化物等污染物,引发光化学烟雾、酸雨等气象灾害,导致大气污染严重,损害人体健康。为了减少焦化厂对大气的污染,对焦炉烟气进行脱硫脱硝治理。本文以某焦化厂烟气治理项目为例,利用"活性炭干法脱硫脱硝"对焦化厂排放的大气污染物进行治理。通过对焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝改造前后进行实际监测和达标分析,发现改造后污染物二氧化硫、氮氧化物的年排放量分别减少了559.5t、486.16 t。焦炉烟气活性炭干法脱硫脱硝是一种重要的环保工艺,具有重要的经济价值和环保价值,可为污染物排放治理提供有效的参考依据。
Sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and other pollutants emitted by coking plants cause meteorological disasters such as photochemical smog and acid rain, resulting in serious air pollution and damage to human health. In order to reduce the pollution of the coking plant to the atmosphere, the flue gas of the coking furnace is desulfurized and denitrified. In this paper, a coking plant flue gas treatment project as an example, the use of "active carbon dry desulfurization denitrification" to the coking plant emissions of atmospheric pollutants for treatment. Through practical monitoring and standard analysis before and after the transformation of flue gas desulfurization in coke oven, it was found that the annual emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides of pollutants decreased by 559.5 t and 486.16 t respectively. Coke oven flue gas activated carbon dry method desulfurization is an important environmental protection process, has important economic value and environmental protection value, can provide an effective reference for pollutant emission control.
