摘要
利用大物质分选机处理厨余垃圾,通过调节分选机的转速来研究转速的变化对处理厨余垃圾效果的影响。试验结果表明:分选机分选料的表观形状随着分选机转速的提升而逐渐变得细小;当分选机的转速控制在141~206 r/min时,分选机有机质损失率处于较低水平,继续提升分选机转速对降低分选机有机质损失率的意义不大;分选机转速的变化对原始垃圾中杂物的去除效果影响较小,去除率基本稳定在67%~72%之间。
The effect of the rotating speed on the kitchen waste treatment was studied by adjusting the rotating speed of the large material sorting machine. The experimental results show that the apparent shape of the sorting material becomes smaller with the increase of the rotating speed of the sorting machine. When the speed of the separator is controlled at 141-206 r/min, the organic matter loss rate of the separator is at a low level, and it is of little significance to reduce the organic matter loss rate by continuously increasing the speed of the separator. The change of sorting speed has little effect on the removal of debris in the original garbage, and the removal rate is basically stable in the range of 67 %~72 %.
