摘要
热成像技术是利用热成像仪对发热物体进行探测,从而获得红外热像图,热像图上不同的颜色,代表着不同的温度。应用热成像技术在空压机的过热故障的检测,能够做到直观、全面、高效率。结合热成像技术在对空压机的油缸、散热器、主机、储罐的实测,找出了相对过热的部位,使安全管理人员和技术人员有针对性地进行散热,能够有效地阻止事故发生的概率。
Thermal imaging technology is the use of thermal imager to detect hot objects, so as to obtain infrared thermal image. Different colors on the thermal image represent different temperatures. The application of thermal imaging technology in the air compressor overheat fault detection, can be intuitive, comprehensive,high efficiency. Combined with the thermal imaging technology, the relative overheat position of the oil cylinder, the radiator, the main engine and the storage tank of the air compressor is found out, which makes the safety management personnel and the technical personnel conduct the heat dissipation pertinently, that could effectively prevent an accident.
