摘要
目前国内的液氨低温贮罐为数不多,也没有在线使用的液氨低温贮罐开罐检修的先例。本方案主要论述一种危化品合成氨(NH3)常压低温贮罐如何快速清空置换的方法。通过采用一些技术创新包括物料本体气液相换热法、气动隔膜泵带压插管抽提法、50%乙二醇水溶液与物料本体反应放热汽化法等方法使贮罐内物料快速清空,为其它装置在不停产状态下在线检修提供有力保障,大大缩短施工周期,亦为化工行业、类似类型贮罐的生产、检修提供很一些参考与借鉴。
At present, there are few liquid ammonia cryogenic storage tanks in China, and there is no precedent for opening and repairing liquid ammonia cryogenic storage tanks in online use. This program mainly discusses how to quickly empty and replace a hazardous chemical synthetic ammonia(NH3) atmospheric cryogenic storage tank. Through the use of some technological innovations including the material vapor-liquid heat exchange, the pneumatic diaphragm pump pressure intubation extraction, the 50 % ethylene glycol aqueous solution and material body reaction exothermic vaporization, etc., the materials in the storage tank are quickly emptied. It provides a strong guarantee for on-line maintenance of other devices in the state of non-stop production, greatly shortens the construction period, and also provides a lot of reference for the production and maintenance of similar types of storage tanks in the chemical industry.
