海洋环境监测质量管理现状及解决措施探析

The Current Situation of Quality Management of Marine Environmental Monitoring and the Analysis of Solution Measures

海洋环境监测质量管理工作是指在进行海洋环境监测的过程当中,进行一切与质量有关的技术活动,是体现环境监测工作成果真实性、可靠性、代表性、准确性的价值所在。本文首先对国内海洋环境管理现状进行了概述,对海洋环境监测质量管理工作存在的问题以及加强质量管理实施进行深析。提出了相应的解决措施,更好地推进我国海洋环境监测质量工作建设。

Quality management of marine environmental monitoring refers to all technical activities related to quality in the process of marine environmental monitoring, which is the value of reflecting the authenticity, reliability, representativeness and accuracy of environmental monitoring work results. This paper firstly gives an overview of the current situation of domestic marine environmental management, and makes a deep analysis of the problems of marine environmental monitoring quality management and strengthening quality management implementation. At the same time, this paper puts forward the corresponding solution measures to better promote the construction of China’s marine environmental monitoring quality work.
