离子导体类热电材料影响因素探究

摘要 离子导体类热电材料具有相对较大的Seebeck系数,在低品级废热收集中具有很大的应用前景,然而当前对于该体系中的离子类型的影响则并未有详细的研究。在该研究中采用温敏型水凝胶泊洛沙姆为研究对象,分别考察了该水凝胶体系中无机盐的类型以及泊洛沙姆浓度对该类离子导体类热电材料性能的影响。研究四乙基溴化铵作为离子供体时,其浓度在0.5 mol/L时的Seebeck系数最大。其热电转换机理主要是由于阴阳离子在温度梯度场中的定向迁移,并受到Soret效应的影响。 Ionic thermoelectric material shows great potential for using in low-grade waste heat harvesting due to the large Seebeck coefficient, but the influencing of ion types in ion thermoelectric material has not been studied. In this study, the temperature-sensitive hydrogel(poloxamer) was selected as the polymer network, and different inorganic salts and the poloxamer concentration on the performance of the ionic thermoelectric materials are investigated. The largest Seebeck coefficient of the ionic thermoelectric materials are explored when the poloxamer content is 25 % and the lithium chloride concentration is 1.0 mol/L. Further, the influencing of the tetraethylammonium bromide concentration also studied, the largest Seebeck coefficient is found when its concentration is 0.5 mol/L. The thermoelectric mechanism can be attributed to the directional migration of anions and cations in the temperature gradient field, and is affected by the Soret effect.
