摘要
多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)的特殊结构使其具备优异的力学、电学和热学性能。多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)[1-3]长径比和比表面积大、结晶度高,其独特的一维结构使其作为导电介质具有很大优势。由于原始多壁碳纳米管在聚合物基质内的聚集,很大程度上限制了基于MWCNT的聚合物纳米复合材料的有效导电增强,所制备的产品的物理性能远低于预期,尤其是电导率[4-6]。研究中发现,原始MWCNTs在硝酸酸化MWCNTs的帮助下实现了很好的分散。将混合MWCNTs添加到环氧树脂中,制备了力学性能、导电性能和防腐性能优异的、新型的、经济实用的导静电地坪涂料。
The special structure of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) makes them have excellent mechanical,electrical and thermal properties.Multiwalled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)[1-3] have large aspect ratio,large specific surface area and high crystallinity,and their unique one-dimensional structure makes them have great advantages as conductive media.Due to the aggregation of original multi-walled carbon nanotubes in polymer matrix,the effective conductive enhancement of polymer nanocomposites based on MWCNT is largely limited,and the physical properties of the prepared products are much lower than expected,especially the conductivity[4-6].It was found that the original MWCNTs were well dispersed with the help of nitric acid acidification MWCNTs.Mixed MWCNTs were added to epoxy resin to prepare new,economical and practical electrostatic conductive floor coatings with excellent mechanical properties,electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance.
